For categories ECMR-CDMR-CDAR minimum age requirement is 21 with at least 2 years of valid driving licence. For groups SDMR,SDAR, and IWMR 23 years of minimum age with 2 years of valid driving licence is required. For groups FDMR,FDAR,CPAR 25 years of minimum age with 3 years of valid driving licence,for group SVMR, 28 years of age with 3 years of valid driving licence are the minimum requirements.
Full-tank is not a must. Driver returns the tank with the pick-up level.
Limited - Applicable to rentals of 1 to 15 days. 200 kms/day. 0,50 TRY/km is applied if gone over the daily kilometre limit. Max km limit for monthly and/or under 30 days rentals is 3500 km. The total cost of the rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car. The shortest rental period is 24 hours and each additional hour up to 1 hour will be charged at 1/3 of the rate applied. Any fraction is excess of 1 hours will be computed as full day. Payments can be done by VISA,MASTERCARD,AMEX or in CASH. Deposit is required and it is given back at the end of the rental period.
The rental vehicle must never be removed from the place of accident until police report has been completed and CCH TURIZM SEY. ORG. LTD. ŞTİ (below refered as the car rental company) has been notified. In case of any accident involving your rental car, you must immediately contact the nearest police station and obtain an accident report. The report should clearly state if you were driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you do not report the accident to the police and comply with the requirements under the country's law, the insurance may become invalid. It is mandatory that you also report any accident or damage to the car rental company.
In case of other damages to the rental car, the above procedure should also be followed. If the vehicle is damaged while parked you have to report the damage to the car rental company before the car is moved. In case of theft, it is mandatory that you immediately inform the car rental company, file a police report and then give a copy of this document to the car rental company. Car documents and keys must be handed to the car rental company.
In general, the client must IMMEDIATELY report all damages to the car rental company.
Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence. This may result in a charge to the client.
For every traffic offence ERSCAR/We have to process, an administration charge will apply. An administration charge is necessary to cover the time and cost of us, as a business in processing incoming your fine(s) on your behalf. Once we receive your traffic fine notification, we have to investigate each offence, match it to the relevant hirer, pay the appropriate authority within the statutory deadline and then invoice you/the customer/driver accordingly, to ensure no delays. ERSCAR/We charge 20 TL +TAX for each traffic offence.
